These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hangil Flashcards (the "add-on"), a Google Sheets™ add-on provided by Gilbert Ramirez ("we", "us"). By installing or using the add-on you agree to these Terms.
Hangil Flashcards reads vocabulary from your Google Sheets™ and presents it as shuffled flashcards for study. Some features require a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
A free plan is available with a limit of 100 vocabulary rows per deck. A 14-day free trial of all paid features is available to each user once, with no payment required. After the trial ends, paid features become unavailable until a subscription is purchased.
If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are granted at our discretion.
You agree not to misuse the add-on, circumvent access controls, resell or sublicense the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or Google's Workspace Terms of Service.
Your use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your spreadsheet content is never stored on our servers.
The add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the add-on is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the add-on after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
